Kenya Utalii College seeks to conduct a lecturer evaluation exercise to evaluate the aspects of lecturers’ performance. This exercise plays a vital role in recognizing learning goals, expectations, strengths and weakness that can be explored further, resulting in improved job performance and professional development.
