Quality Teas
All KTDA-managed factories operate within the Quality Management System (QMS) & Food Safety Management System (FSMS) providing assurance to our customers and quality of our teas.
The quality assurance & product development section does regular assessments of all teas made to ascertain adherence to the production procedure.
Product development incorporates new market changes and needs to develop new products that meet the market demands effectively.
Our factories are geographically positioned in regions with favorable weather conditions for tea growth and unique features that characterize the surroundings.
