Requirements


•Must be a holder of Diploma in relevant field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Building and Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Land Economics, Architecture) from a recognized institution OR
•Must be holder of Higher Diploma in relevant field. (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Building and Construction, Building Technology, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Land Economics) for a recognized institution.
•At least six (6) years for the Diploma holders OR two (2) years for the HD holders.
•Be conversant with current Building material works, their application, the current construction techniques and also contractual and supervisory procedures and by-laws.
•Have served for three (3) years at Grade 6
